As Program Director, Austin provides individualized vocational training rooted in each participant’s interests, strengths, goals, and preferred ways of learning.
The program combines one-on-one coaching, portfolio and demo development, industry mentorship, and structured support for participants using Self-Determination Program, regional center, or related support funding.
